Frustrated with the quality of multi-unit student accommodation, JS+P have developed an innovative new concept for a low cost, super-experiential, student room that has the potential to revolutionise the student living sector. Our starting point was to transform the separate traditional furniture elements of the bed, wardrobe and desk, incorporating elements of each into a single, total design solution.

The result of combining these elements is a series of plug and play modules that work in unison, helping to speed up delivery and installation times. By stacking storage and omitting dead space, the room has been optimised to generate as much usable area as possible. This has led to an increase in built-in storage space by 20%, whilst still providing the perfect living space in which to study, relax, and sleep and everything in-between.
