The Club House at The Green is a core component of a build-to-rent project undertaken on behalf of M&G Real Estate and LIV Group. Serving as a community hub for residents, the client was keen to ensure this vital amenity was a key selling point for the UK’s largest suburban scheme of its kind.

From young families with children, to professionals and the retired, it was essential the interior design addressed the needs of a broad range of user requirements. With such a wide demographic and number of potential functions to accommodate, JS+P looked to design a versatile, community focused environment flexible enough to ensure it can continue to meet the needs of its residents as they grow and evolve.

JS+P created a range of shared amenity spaces focused on health and wellbeing, including a multi-use hall, a lounge area, a gym, and external tennis courts as well as accommodating the client’s on-site service team.

The Club House has proved to be a great success with residents, who gain from the sense of community the building has to offer. Not only has this helped drive lettings for the development, it is also proving essential to the retention and wellbeing of existing customers.
