The Clubhouse at The Green serves as the vibrant heart of a landmark build-to-rent community, delivered in partnership with M&G Real Estate and LIV Group. Envisioned as a defining feature of the UK’s largest suburban scheme of its kind, the brief called for an amenity-rich environment that would bring residents together and set a new standard for suburban rental living.

Designed to reflect the needs of a diverse demographic, from young professionals and families to retirees, the interior needed to balance adaptability with a strong sense of identity. The ambition was to create a welcoming, flexible space that could foster community spirit while evolving in step with residents’ lifestyles over time.

The Clubhouse offers a thoughtfully curated suite of amenities focused on health, wellbeing, and social connection. These include a multi-use community hall, a relaxed residents’ lounge, a fully equipped gym, and external tennis courts, as well as purpose-designed spaces for the on-site service team. Every element was considered to promote interaction, participation, and a lasting sense of belonging.

Since opening, The Clubhouse has not only been instrumental in driving lettings but has also played a vital role in resident wellbeing and retention. It has become a central gathering point – a true community anchor that defines the spirit of The Green and underpins the long-term success of the development.
