Congratulations to Studio Designer Rebecca Finney who has been recognised as one of the industry’s greatest design leaders under the age of 30 in 2023.
The annual celebration for Mix 30 Under 30 Class of 2023 was held in Allermuir’s Clerkenwell showroom, where Rebecca received her award and acknowledgement amongst other future trailblazers in the architectural and interior design community.

At 29, Rebecca has been central to all JS+P’s output since she joined the studio almost 4 years ago. Sanders adds, “To be a great interior designer is not easy, but the combination Rebecca’s talent and tenacity has guided each project to success with a consistency and quality that has helped build the practice a strong reputation for excellence across the UK.”
Rebecca’s creative energy has led to growth in the business and allowed additional members of the design team to join, who she now co-leads, passing on her own valuable experience. Rebecca is a natural fit for the studio and as she progresses into her new leadership role will help continue to coach the studio’s designers who have excelled under her wing. As she evolves, so does JS+P.
Through her multi-disciplined dedicated approach, she continually surpasses client aspirations, securing repeat work. This has been the case with our work developing the workplace campus at Exchange Quay Manchester.
Rebecca has developed so much in the last 4 years. With confidence and belief in her skills, she is in every part of a project from creation through to delivery of full interior architectural schemes. Her inquisitive nature and passion for culture are evident in her creative output.
