Interior Designer Nathalie Kenning delivered an insightful keynote presentation to final-year students at Liverpool John Moores University, focusing on the transition from university to professional life.
The talk highlighted a decade of work from the studio’s extensive portfolio, offering students an inside look at the design process, core philosophies, and key landmark projects.
Nathalie also shared her personal journey, from joining the studio as a graduate to evolving into a pivotal Interior Designer and provided practical guidance on building portfolios, crafting CVs, and preparing for interviews.
This presentation formed part of a scheduled visit to Manchester for students studying BA (Hons) Interior Architecture, organised by Senior Lecturer Amanda Wanner.
“Nathalie’s discerning keynote gave a genuine overview of the shift from academia to industry culture,” says Amanda Wanner. “Her invaluable advice and insight into the studio’s design philosophies and processes left our students feeling inspired and excited for their futures.”
