M&G Real Estate acquired the Rehearsal Rooms as part of their investment portfolio not long before practical completion. The purchase of a build-to-rent scheme so close to completion meant the client was keen to address any outstanding issues that could influence the appeal of the finished development.

The design approach focused on bringing the common and social spaces to life with a refined interior and branding solution aligned with the scheme’s ambitions and the lifestyle expectations of its residents.

An understated yet high-specification aesthetic was applied across key areas including the reception, residents’ lounge, and “The Terrace”—an outdoor communal space designed for social events, allotments, or quiet relaxation. Despite tight timescales, the design helped the client successfully launch a finished product that exceeded expectations. The Rehearsal Rooms now operate as a vibrant, fully occupied, and profitable build-to-rent scheme within M&G Real Estate’s portfolio.
