“Congratulations to Studio Designer Rebecca Finney, recognised as one of the industry’s most outstanding design leaders under 30 in 2023.”

The annual Mix 30 Under 30 celebration was held at Allermuir’s Clerkenwell showroom in London, where Rebecca received her award alongside other emerging trailblazers in architecture and interior design.

“Rebecca is quite possibly the most rounded, naturally talented interior designer I have had the pleasure of working with,” says Jasper Sanders.

At just 29, Rebecca has been central to every project at the studio since joining nearly four years ago. Jasper adds, “Becoming a great interior designer is no easy feat, but Rebecca’s unique blend of talent and tenacity has consistently driven each project to success, helping to build the practice’s reputation for excellence across the UK.

Her creative energy has fueled business growth, enabling the expansion of the design team, which she now co-leads, sharing her valuable experience and nurturing emerging talent. A natural fit for the studio, Rebecca’s new leadership role will see her continue to mentor and inspire the designers who thrive under her guidance. As she evolves, so too does the studio.

With a multi-disciplined and dedicated approach, Rebecca regularly exceeds client expectations, securing repeat commissions. This has been particularly evident in projects like the development of the workplace campus at Exchange Quay, Manchester. Over the past four years, Rebecca’s confidence and skill have grown immeasurably. She is involved in every stage of a project, from initial concept through to the delivery of complete interior architectural schemes. Her inquisitive mind and passion for culture shine through in all her creative work.

Rebecca is a rising star and a leader in the design world. She is a pleasure to work with and mentor, and a true partner within the team.” Jasper concludes.
